Touch is necessary.  I grew up in the small town of Macon, Georgia.  My grandmother and her sisters would pay me to rub their backs. Essentially,  I've been doing in all of my life.  I have approximately 16 years professional experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Integrative Stretching, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Prenatal, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, & Spa Therapies. I am also a Reiki Master and practice breath work.  I've lived in Savannah for the past 8 years and started Savannah Healing Arts 6 years ago.
